“I bought a LCD tv at Walmart. I then purchased a computer at Best Buy, along with the total tech membership. The salesman said that the total tech would cover my existing TVs if they were damaged or stopped working. Is this true?”

I was told the same thing except my refrigerator was purchased by Best Buy but when I try to use the membership to fix the fridge they told me that they couldn't fix the morning of the appointment which took a Week to get .
