Great question! We offer 24/7/365 assistance over the phone and remotely online. There is an unlimited number to the services that can be used under the membership. If she needs a service like an appliance install that we cannot perform over the phone or online we can also go out to her location for repairs. If she lives further than 50 miles from the store there could be additional charges involved for that.
