“Does Total Tech cover a new smart phone? If so, what does it cover (like if it has a problem or screen crack) ? Do they help set up phone links to wi fi devices in home (ie printer, fax, romba vac etc)?”

They cover almost all physical damage to it and if purchased within 1 year you can call samsung and depending on the damage they can cover it. You pay for shipping and after 1 year and if you combine the total tech i would recommend always back up your info just in case the they need to do a restore to manufacture settings. But i am very happy with the membership it has saved me money not only money on 1 but on several devices. To connect devices to wifi i would use YouTube tutorials that would be much easier and faster.
