• No they do not also even with their total tech $175 a year they charge you $50 to come out to your house .. read all of pamphlet before you purchase they told me I it covers all so not the truth!!!

• This might have to do with area. I got my Total Tech membership about a year and a half ago. It covered the guys coming out, installing the mount, setting up the TV and other electronics and showing me how to use everything.
