Profits, Best Buy executives caught on to the number of consumers paying over retail price from various shopping outlets. Do you know how many customers of Best Buy will purchase thinking that the "Best Buy Totaltech" will solidify their chance of purchasing a next gen video gaming system?... It's not about combating bots but just to maximize profits... As consumers we do have the purchasing power to say enough is enough by not buying into this madness but we all must be behind the cause.
