• If you purchased the items from Best buy while you had Total Tech then they are covered for 2 years.

• Thank you for the question! Items purchased under your Totaltech would get up to 24 months of Best Buy Protection added automatically which would cover repairs on those items. Items like vacuums and steamers purchased prior to Totaltech or outside of Best Buy would not fall under that protection plan as we do not offer repairs on those without a protection plan.
