Hi, According to the Best Buy website, Totaltech Yearly Membership includes free standard installation and delivery on most ranges, including those not purchased at Best Buy. However, there are a few exceptions: Advanced installations: This includes mounting your TV to a brick or concrete wall, or installing it in a custom location. Advanced installations are available for a fee, and Totaltech members receive a 20% discount. Commercial installations: Totaltech does not cover commercial installations. TVs that are not compatible with Geek Squad installation: Some TVs are too large or heavy for Geek Squad to install safely. If you are unsure whether your TV is compatible, you can contact Geek Squad for assistance.
