• No, your phone is answered by someone in India and they gaslight you. I called them and mentioned my case number, they made me wait, then I asked him to tell me my name and he hang up on me. He was not even on his computer and just telling me "yes" and "ok" during the whole conversation to everything to get through his working day. 29 minutes of my life wasted, again, by best buy
