Q: QuestionThe arms on my Bestier cross-legged chair have locked into an upright position and won't go down. I have called Bestier customer service, but they are looking on YouTube.

• A:Answer We don’t recommend removing the wheels from this chair as it’s not designed for that use. Our Silent Rolling Casters let you move the chair smoothly when needed, and they also stay perfectly stable on their own—no unwanted sliding without external force.
