QuestionHow often do the adhesives need to be change/ how long do they typically last and where are replacements purchased from?

- Answer The answer really depends on how much you use them. With light to moderate usage the pads can last from 6 months to a year. We have found that if they feel like they are not sticking as well as they were, cleaning them gently with warm soapy water. If all else fails you can use electrolyte gel or spray to regain some tackiness.

QuestionHow does this product compare in power compared to other models? In other words, I just had knee surgery and going to physical therapy. The therapist turns it up to where the muscles start to twitch and then adjusts down a notch.

- Answer No, there is not Wi-fi or Bluetooth option for our Beurer tens units. We do not make any tens units that connect to an app. Our only Bluetooth products are for blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, scales and thermometers.

- Answer No, the unit will not work with rechargeable batteries. Please only use Alkaline batteries, any brand is fine.

- Answer You should use Tens instead of EMS for menstrual cramping. Pick a program that shows the pads on the lower abdomen. TENS stimulates the nerves – the rationale being that the simulation keeps pain signals from reaching the brain. EMS causes the muscles to contract – by mimicking the action potential that comes from the central nervous system
