• Per manual instructions that come with device. They are good for up to 20 uses & can purchase replacements from directly from product site. See page 19-20

• Pads are not replaceable You’d need to return the product for an exchange which not located in the store but online and shipped to you or pick up at store

• The pads you have should last for about 20 uses, however i find that they dont last as long. You can purchase replacement pads on the beurer website.
