• There are two different stream angles, one for the back and one for the front it just depends on which way you turn the knob. Besides that, no way to adjust. I'm not sure about standard bowls, but this works just fine on my elongated bowl.

• Not adjustable except for choosing the front or back wash jet. That said, requires just a little lean forward or backward to get good "coverage."

• The angle can not be adjusted but the pressure can. This will work with both elongated and round toilets.

• The angle can't be changed. There are two angles depending on if you move the switch left or right. Hope this helps. You will love it.
