• No first hand knowledge, sorry, as ours are 2 piece toilets however, I did install a Kohler Santa Fe one piece elongated bowl at my inlaws and the hole config is standard (I had installed a bio bidet BB-70) which fit fine, so I can't see why this Slim3 it would not fit as the catch plate that is affixed to the bowl first (the bidet slides into) can be adjusted forward or backward.
