“What are the items that come in the box? I am comparing what came in the box of the Slim 3 and looking at the videos of the installation of the Slim 2 and I see there are some rubber washers that would prevent water leakage on my setup... Missing parts?”

Mine did not come with any loose rubber washers. They are on the water line already. I haven't installed it yet though to see if it leaks or not. I am including pictures of what I got in the box other than the seat itself. One thing I noticed they should have included is teflon tape to wrap the threads on the water lines. That might help you out with leaks.
