“Does slim 3 have feminine wash, if yes how to use that? Also the seat is not closing slow how to fix it?”

• The Bidet Feature is Normally used as the feminine wash. Contact Bio Bidet They will need Receipt from date of sale (Warrenty 1 year) and they will send you new Lid. At Least that's what they did on my other model.
