“I've pre-ordered Biomutant through BB but I cant find any indication of the pre-order bonuses (Merc class, etc.). Will we, in fact, get the pre-order bonus through BB? If yes, how are they supplying it?”

"THQ Nordic has further clarified that the Mercenary class will not only be locked behind a pre-order bonus, but that it will also only be available as a bonus for those who pre-order the digital or Collector’s Edition copies of the game. They didn't even supply the game when Returnal launched and never even gave us an explanation as to why. Covids over that's no longer an excuse. Now 2nd game in a row I pre-ordered and they don't supply us with the pre order class for the game. Going to buy my games elsewhere now. This is such a headache with these people and when they stop caring about their customers, that's when it's time to stop buying stuff from their store.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Biomutant says they are only giving the free dlc/merc class to all digital pre-orders, physical collectors, and the physical atomic edition. It WILL NOT be included with the physical standard edition. So cancel and order digital since you can only get the class from that.
