• I haven’t tried in on a different switch but I can imagine that they are not locked to one Switch. There was no code you needed to put in so the cartridge is like the access code to download and play the games. Wherever it gets plugged in should gain that same access of downloading and playing the games.

• You can resell, most of the game is downloaded. The first area (medical pavilion) will prevent you from going to the rest of the game until the download is finished. There are no codes
