“I JUST BOUGHT a E4 800 and the hub and brakes started grinding. DEFECTIVE HUB OR brakes I returned it. So I bought another one....At 1st ride the accerator button wants to stick .So it won't accelerate sometimes or the brakes stick .it ONLY GOES 14MPH”
