No filters. You remove the handheld vacum, open it and throw away the inside dirt. Yes it comes with about 4 or 5 accessories and a stand to charge the vacum. I cannot tell you about the life span.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No extra filters needed. There is a rotate button to clean off the filter and you can hand wash it if you want to. It comes with four or five very useful attachments. Not sure of lifespan. I've had it for several months and no problems so far.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The filter can be washed. The vacuum comes with 3 attachments (a crevice tool, a rubbery brush for fabrics, and some sort of sweeper dust pan tool). I haven't had it for long so I don't have a lifespan for it yet.
