Yes. The Pre Motor filter is made from washable foam. You can use very mild detergent. Rinse and squeeze it out until there's no more soap and let it air dry. The Post Motor filter is not washable but can be removed and tapped to remove loose dirt. It should be replace every 3 months or sooner depending on your environment. Both filters can be purchased online from Bissell.
