No it is not. But it works great!! Picks up everything! 2nd time I bought this.. 1st one my grandson accidentally broke the on lever. I had it for at least 5 yrs. We taped the one button down so they can use it in their rooms and not touch my new one! Def like this!!

no but you can do lunges and get a thigh work out
