- Answer you literally just squeeze in the center with your pointer finger and thumb and pull up. Then you lift the white tab and the roll lifts out.

QuestionCan you recharge mid cleaning job or do you have to empty solution etc while it recharges and then refill and finish. I have a little bit left and almost out of battery. Don’t want to clean and recharge and then refill to finish the job.

- Answer I don’t believe so. But honestly, I’ve gone well over 30 minutes and have never had mine die. I think they’re setting the expectations low on the battery life.

- Answer For the most part it’s closed. The only reason there would be water in the dock is when you use the self cleaning mode. And even then it’s not enough for the dogs to drink. You can usually wipe it all away with a single papertowel.

QuestionI have the Crosswave cordless. I have the corded one also. I wanted the convenience of no cord. First one I got spit out dirty water as I used it. Returned it and the new one does the same thing. Is there a problem with it ?
