Yes, with the Proper preparation, first spray soiled area then follow the instructions that came with the machine. It's that easy! Once the area is dry, you are lefted with a clean smell free area. But This is from my experience. I have 3 pomeranians, we have had to use this during potty training accidents. So I can't Speak for someone who might have a larger dog but to be honest this works great, so I don't see why not.

That will depend more on what you use to put in the tank. They sell a pet cleaner soap to go with it. We used it on our couch, (we have two big dogs) and I can't smell anything on the couch anymore. It also sucked the water up well and the couch dried quickly.

It can eliminate odors if you use the pet stain and odor eliminating solution. An enzymatic cleaning solution is necessary to truly remove pet urine odors. I use a product called Bubba’s.

If you use the Pet Priduct cleaner that came with it, yes. Recommend the first sweep you use just water then 2 nd round, use the cleaner
