Is this good for cleaning Stairs? null

This machine is good for it's size and convenience. So for stairs it will be better than other larger machines. For really tough jobs- I would use a wet vac with the Bissell cleaning liquid, for more power to suck out more liquid from the carpet. Make sure to follow the directions for pre-treating the carpet. When I left the cleaning liquid on for 10 minutes, I got better results.

Yes, obviously you need the correct detergent to make sure the stain comes out but this thing is great for all kinds of smaller jobs I use it on my cloth seats in the cars or small spots on the carpet

It was 99 percent effective and yes, hence what I bought the unit for! Worked well!
