Can I use bissell for cleaning leather car seat? null

The cleaner is made specifically for carpet. This machine uses cleaner and hot water so I do not think it would be good for leather. It could damage it without using leather cleaner.

I would use it in leather or any shampooer machine it will ruin the leather. Just buy leather cleaner and conditioner from the store.
