I highly recommend this product. It has been a lifesaver. With 3 kids and 2 puppies I am constantly using it and I am beyond amazed each time. Don’t hesitate.... order it! P.S I am just a customer I am in no way paid or given anything for my answer. If it’s defective then you can call Best Buy online customer service and they will help. This product will do exactly what it says and it’s a huge time saver!
