what should you pre treat spots with null

I usually pre treat and scrub heavy stained areas.

Honestly, depends on the spot. Im a fan of the vinegar and baking soda ( or the la awesome powder ya can get at the dollar store) method, let it sit for a few mins to an hour, the hit it with just hot water from this thing and pull it up. Mabey throw in some of the la awesome liquid cleaner in the fresh water resavour, but if it's something I really like, such as a rug i got overseas, I use the actual Bissell oxy deep cleaner. To each is own.
