Please try again later.This is how you fix it, the wheel is stuck because the rubber band that powers the side sweeper is jammed against the back tire and is probably elongated and needs to be replaced, remove all screws from under the sweeper, open it right side up or the motor and all components will fall off!!! remove replace the rubber band that powers the side brush, re-assemble and it will be fixed! Its very easy to fix, just be careful with the dust tray switch, the led and the power button spring when you assemble it back.
