This vacuum does charge pretty quickly, which I really like. And I have left it plugged in for quite awhile after it was charged and haven't had any problems. So, yes, you can leave it plugged in after it has been fully charged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have personally left mine plugged in over night after charging it during the day simply because I forgot and left it plugged in. Still works like a charm. That period of time was about a twelve hour period. Most electrical equipment will not recommend that though because the battery may get too hot depending on the various surges in electrical circuits flowing through your house and also inclement weather which we know can affect our circuits. I left a drill plugged in too long once not too long ago and didn't event think about that, but it burned the battery out because it got too hot. As a result, the battery is useless and the drill might as well be. Drill cost less than the battery. So in part, you can, but I would not recommend it. Same goes for your smart phone. I love this pet hair remover and I use it at least twice a day on all his favorite spots.. Still doing the job.
