“Can this mop clean hardwood floors?”

• I paid full price on this mop and got an open box! the box was retapped, there were still some water in the tank, one of the cloths was damped. Best buy refused to exchange to a new one only becasue I was a few days late from the return window. i tried to post the review but best buy never put my review on thier website as they scan the reviews and only choose good ones on the website. Dont buy this from the best buy unless you want to get something that were used already!

• Yes, I use the low steam function with the white pad on my hardwood and it works great.

• Yes . It does a fabulous job. The floors don’t look that bad but the dirt that the moos pulls up is crazy
