• Yes, the quick release cord wrap doubles as a loop for hanging. However, the hook you hang it from needs to extend about an inch and a half from the wall to work.

• I hang mine from the handle. I tilt the mop head to take up less space in width. No problems, easy peasy!

• It doesn't, and I was surprised it also didn't come with a plastic tray to set it on in storage like our old Hoover did. Other than that, I really like this steam mop.

• Hi JR - it does not have a hook for wall storage, it can be stored standing up with the wet pad removed.
