I recently purchased a home and used it for deep cleaning the bathroom floor. The grout was discolored and after using this steam mop it is back to its original color. I would definitely recommend it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not well on my grout in the bathroom. I would suggest a smaller, handheld steam cleaner for the grout itself. The steam is more concentrated in the handhelds and they usually have a specific attachment just for grout cleaning. This is more for general cleaning.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I paid full price on this mop and got an open box! the box was retapped, there were still some water in the tank, one of the cloths was damped. Best buy refused to exchange to a new one only becasue I was a few days late from the return window. i tried to post the review but best buy never put my review on thier website as they scan the reviews and only choose good ones on the website. Dont buy this from the best buy unless you want to get something that were used already!
