• It can definitely be used to clean tile, but may be hard to maneuver for cleaning walls.

• Not really. It is designed to sit flat against the floor and wielding it to a wall would be difficult.

• Due to the way it holds water, if you were to hold it to the wall, it would not be able to send water to the steamer head
