• My wife uses it on vinyl tiles and engineered wood flooring (basically a thin layer of hardwood as the top layer, which is meshed together with other materials pressed to it underneath). No issues. I would assume it's safe on Kardean vinyl wood flooring as well...

• I would think so, since it is vinyl flooring. Probably not on real wood

• You should contact the manufacture. You can use this on most vinyl, but I'm not sure with this particular brand\type of flooring.
