2. Yes, there is a small bottle of a sample solution, though I would recommend buying the one you'll need for your style of cleaning there are many out there and you'll be happy you did.
3. The heating is more for breaking down the dirt in the carpet than it is for drying. I've noticed a fan does a great job of helping to dry. The drying time also is dependent on the setting you use. There are 3 settings on the cleaner. Depending on the setting you'll notice different dry times and also how fast you do the passes. All of that is covered in the documentation included with the cleaner.

A:AnswerNo its meant to be used on carpets. It. Puts out to much water and cleaner to be used on vinyl or tile. I have area carpets on vinyl plank flooring and it does make a mess on the floor when i do the edges of the carpets. So i just wipe it dry with a rag. Bessel makes a floor cleaner and vacuum that can be used on floors and it does the job well.

A:AnswerIf your moving to fast when you pull back you will leave the cleaning solution and dirt behind. If your moving slower and it is happening you may have a blockage or the return is not set correctly. That will cause a vacuum break, resulting in no suction to withdraw the dirty water solution.
