Can I use it as a regular vacuum (dry) too, for daily use? null

It's not really made for that. I think it's supposed to handle some very light duty vacuuming, but not consistent use as one. I think you'd be better off getting a regular vacuum for that use and saving this for when you need more.

Would not recommend using it dry, because it does not have a bag, so the dirt would go up and it might get clogged.

Because it is designed to put down and pick up water the dirt passages and collection are very narrow and as such it would be close to useless as a regular vacuum
