“Will this model work on the newer soft fiber carpets? I have SmartStrand Silk carpet. I need a special vacuum cleaner to vacuum. A regular vacuum cleaner pulls too hard on my carpet and may damage the carpet. Will this carpet cleaner damage my carpet?”

• The brushes spin so fast, I would be afraid it would ruin the carpet. Call a proffesional to do the cleaning.
