“Can you buy a Marine epoxy 2 repair a piece of the plastic if it breaks off of the the plastic part that pulls the water up from the floor can you purchase a marine epoxy to put that piece back on will it stay on .”

On these machines I purchase the extra warranty, its well worth it and Best Buy is very good at honoring it. I use mine all the time and am very hard on the machine and have had a piece break or it lose suction and they just exchanged out for a new one no questions asked!
