• This doesn't work out of the box on hard floors but there is a hard floor tool you can buy for it. I don't know how well it works. I have one on order. I can update you once I try it. For hard floors, the best bet is a Bissell Crosswave multifloor cleaner. But I'm looking into the Tineco iFloor because it's about half the price and supposedly performs better than the CrossWave.
