- Answer I guess it would depend on the stain? Some stains just won’t come out if they have set for too long. Try peroxide in your water then rinse with clean water, that always seems to work for me!!

QuestionDoes the hose detach for easy cleaning?

- Answer There is an attachment that comes with the machine that you put on the end of the hose, fill the clean water tank, hold the hose upright and press the button (with the machine turned on). The machine automatically runs the clean water through the hose and into the "dirty water" tank. This is an amazing machine--sturdy, sound and a work horse!!!!

- Answer Get the full size cleaner unless you have really weak and tiny messes. This thing is quite worthless on high pile.

- Answer I believe it comes with 2 sample bottles of the solution. They recommend only using this solution, made for this product. Hope that helps!

- Answer It doesn't steam clean. You fill the water canister with hot water, and the unit keeps it hot. The unit sprays hot water in the path of the extraction tool.

- Answer I just set it on the counter next to the sink and used the sink to suck up water from and then I was right there to rinse it all off. Of course, when I rinsed it off I had already unplugged it.
