“It's called family pack, but the description says 1 user? Does that simply mean 1 buyer, but all 5 of us in my family can use it on our devices?”

I have this product. You can send someone a link via email and they can install the product. It could be one install for each of 15 family members, or 3 family members with 5 computers each. It doesn't mater, just a 15 device limit. You can log into each device and install using your key, or more easily send them the link I mentioned.

Hi Helen, Family Pack is designed to protect up to 15 devices under one account. You would need to choose one primary login and then connect the devices you want to protect.
