• Bitdefender Central: Add to current subscription. Start a new subscription. Or something like that when i just added mine last week. Well make sure you in your account not a new email account.

• No, you will not get additional time to your current subscription unless you renew it through bitdefender direct offer. I suggest waiting until close to expiration of old subscription. Then, activate new subscription and move devices in bitdefender central.
