“Coffee grounds in EVERY pot I have made.. 12 cup / 7 tbsp ground coffee We have cleaned the machine extensively but still grounds. This was a Xmas present and very disappointing. Any suggestions ?”

• I experienced this on the single serve side as well as the full pot side when I first got my unit. I noted that in both cases I overfilled the unit with coffee ground and when brewing the coffee grounds overflowed and spill over the filter and into the carafe and/or cup. After experimenting the single side can hold up to 4 tbsp of coffee grounds before it will introducing grounds into the cup.

• Use a better filter with less grounds and the bold setting
