We had a problem with leaking initially. We realized we hadn't seated the reservoir in correctly - you might want to try that. We haven't had a problem since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The water should not leak from the reservoir. I have left water in it overnight and nothing leaked. You may have a small crack in the reservoir.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only fill to the max line, for the carafe, and there is an over fill hole where excess water will run out if you over fill it. The device uses all water in the reservoir so if there is more water in it than the carafe will hold. It will over flow hot coffee all over the counter.
