A:AnswerNot really. This is a great vacuum for picking up dirt and other small debris in your kitchen or other areas with hard floors. It has a low setting that will work ok on shag carpets, but in my experience, the vacuum is better suited for hard surfaces.
A:AnswerI have this product and use it primarily to vac up small messes or small chucks of things around the house between major cleanings with full size vac. I don't have wool carpet but it works on standard carpet. It has plenty of suction, especially on boost.
