• There is a setting. Just turn the knob to setting. Set tempture to the oven temp on package.or 375. I set my time to 40 minutes for frozen fries. HOPE this help I use this function a lot.

• Thank you for your question. This oven will heat to approximately 400 F, when set to air fry. The temperature when air frying is not adjustable.
