QuestionThe crumb tray won't slide into the bottom of the toaster oven. I've tried repeatedly. There's nothing in the instructions regarding this.

- Answer Thank you for your question. With the door closed the crumb tray will slide into a small opening on the undercarriage of the toaster oven. There is a lip on one side of the crumb tray. This lip should be facing away from the door when the tray is inserted.

QuestionDoes the exterior get hot or is it cool touch when in use. The oster I purchased previously was like a ball of fire on my counter. Hoping this one is not

- Answer It gets hot, that is the nature of all of these small countertop ovens. While in use, the glass will get very hot, the top will generally be rather hot and uncomfortable to touch while the element is on, but not burn anything and cool down fairly quickly once the element is off. The vents on the side and back will also get very hot.

- Answer A 9x13 cookie sheet fit. The pyrex glass dish did not fit because of handles. 9x13 pan fit.

- Answer Thank you for your question. With the slide rack at the lowest position, the dimensions of the internal cavity for this toaster oven measure 16.5" wide, 12.25" deep, and 5.5" high.

- Answer Wattage: 1500W Exterior: 21 1/2" wide, 14 1/2" deep, 11 3/8" tall Baking rack: 11" x 16" Air fryer rack: 11" x 14 1/2" Weight: around 14-15 lbs. I tried weighing it with my bathroom scale, so this may be off just a little, but it is light and easy to move around.

QuestionWhere is this made? Does using the air fryer make more splatter inside the oven?

- Answer I haven't found it to create more splatter, but sometimes it can drip onto the pan below (I think it's why they provide a pan below). The basket for frying is sort of like a screen, so unless you line it with foil (and I can't vouch for whether this would affect the frying action), you may have some oil (or cheese, or whatever) dripping. Just plan in advance and it shouldn't be an issue.

- Answer Frustrating isn't it. The picture of the front of the toaster oven with identifiers is taped inside the cupboard door above mine for quick reference. I have cooked fish from a frozen dinner. I placed the fish on the 'air fry' screen-tray that you place in the center slot, and the smaller 'cookie sheet' thing under [I moved the rack to the lower slot] it on the rack. Turn the top dial around to 'Air-Fry' and I set the timer [after turning it past 20] to around 10 minutes. I stayed in the kitchen to keep an eye on it, at 10 minutes I turned the fish over, and cooked for about 5 minutes to make sure it was browned on both sides. I mostly use it for toast :)

- Answer Like an over it may do that when the temperature has reached what you have it set at. And to mow get hotter that your setting the fan will go off for a minute
