QuestionCan you easily fit a 12" pizza in this? A lot of toaster ovens claim to fit them, but they really don't or are such a tight fit, it mashes the pizza.

- Answer It’s approximately 11 5/8” tall by 21 3/4” wide. I would not put something that gets hot to close to an upper cabinet as to avoid a fire.

QuestionThe stainless steel exterior had smudge marks on it straight out of the box. I can't remove them or other fingermarks, even with straight alcohol. It's only going to get worse with ware. It seems a defect? Suggestions? Pity because I like it, but not dirt

- Answer Old fashioned but effective! Make a paste of Baking Soda & water. Gently wash the surface with the paste using a soft cotton diaper (works beautifully). Rinse with a damp clean diaper. Should shine it like new. Also, Stainless Steel appliances should be LIGHTLY wiped down once a month with baby oil/mineral oil-on a diaper, then buffed off. This treats the stainlees steel and keeps it looking new. Many people do not know this. Good luck.

- Answer It does not have a timer that you would normally use by itself, if that is what you mean. It does have timed cooking settings, though. This is not an electronically controlled toaster oven. It uses a mechanical timer- you twist the time setting knob, and it "winds down" until it reaches the "off" setting.
