As long as you don't over load the machine with bulky items you can wash most fabrics. Obviously nothing ostentatious like a massive quilt or a pillow. It just depends on how much fabric you need to wash, like with any other washing machine. I've been able to comfortably fit 5 pairs of jeans as one load, with room to spair. Take take that with a grain of salt though, petite waist and all.
