Does this come with a charge base? null

No you just plug into wall. No base, like your cell phone

This version doesn't come with a charging base. Just a cable.

It comes with a little power cord but not a base like many have where it mounts on the wall and you plug it into the power charger. It does vacuum beautifully though.

It does not come with a charging base station. Just a normal power cable with good length.

It comes with a charging cord which is not a 'universal' cord, meaning it can only be used with the Black & Decker hand vacuum. Vacuum works great and we love it!
